NOTE: RME's are NOT eligible to receive electrical permits at this time.

In order to insure accurate results please enter information as follows:

Select a prefix then enter the Master Number
- EXAMPLE 1: If Master number is M4567 you would select M- and enter 4567
- EXAMPLE 2: If Master number is CME130 you would select CME- and enter 0130
- EXAMPLE 3: If Master number is RME130 you would select RME- and enter 0130
Enter the last name of the Master to the coresponding ID Number
